Dori A Wolfson M.Ed

Principal and Founder

Following the path of her parents and grandparents, Dori Wolfson, M.Ed., chose teaching at the age 7. More accurately, teaching chose Dori.

She began her career as a Special Educator and went on to serve in both classroom and administrative roles across public and private schools, urban and suburban districts, in the U.S. and abroad. Supporting middle and high school students and educators in a variety of settings revealed a core truth: learning is lifelong and transcends age, experience, and circumstance.

As a three-time successful ed sector entrepreneur, Dori brings deep experience in building organizations from the ground up. Her leadership journey taught her that thoughtful recruiting, developing, and celebrating talent is essential to creating vibrant, mission-driven teams. These insights—combined with advanced studies—led her to spend a decade in nonprofits as a director, consultant, and thought partner.

While it is proven that Dori’s expertise translates strongly across sectors, her work has largely focused on expanding access to education, workforce development, skill building and credentialing within EdTech, program design and growth, equity and inclusion, stakeholder alignment, and professional learning.

Dori holds a dual B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from Boston University, a Master’s in Educational Policy and Management from Harvard University, a Professional Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and Professional Coaching Certification from Teleos Institute.

When she’s not thinking about education equity or civic responsibility, Dori enjoys immersive travel, global friendships, sunshine, pickleball, sushi, and spending time laughing with and learning from her adult daughter.
